WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

HOW DO I BOOK YOU?
After looking through everything on the website, portfolio pages, about, and investment, please send us an inquiry and complete all info requested! Once received we will respond ASAP to get a consult call on the books. If we click and you want to move forward, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date and guarantee service in the future.

HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE GET?
Generally, let's say 25 images per hour, but your specific package will indicate the guaranteed minimum. We don’t cap at a certain amount of photos, so if there are way more incredible images to give, we will give them :)

DO YOU DELIVER RAW IMAGES?
No. There is no package or offer that provides RAW IMAGES. Every image is edited and crafted as a work of art before delivering to you! ​
WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?
PHOTO: Engagement/Portraits - 2-3 Weeks
Corp/Print/Product/Editorial - 2-4 Weeks
Wedding/Event 1 - 3 Months
VIDEO: 2 - 3 Months
DO YOU PHOTOSHOP IMPERFECTIONS?
Not really.... As Shannon says it "You are who you are and I am incredibly honored to capture YOU. So no I won't make you taller or thinner, tanner, or remove those gorgeous wrinkles that represent how long your cute self has been on this planet! I will only remove blemishes like pimples and bruises, temporary things that aren't who you are on this earth!" (This is question is for weddings and portraiture, fashion/editorials may be manipulated to better fit a marketing goal and is custom to the project at hand.)

HOW DO WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
Images are provided on an online website that has both web-size and high res versions for you to download and it also has a store for you to buy albums, canvases, prints, Margaritas...... (just seeing if you were paying attention, there definitely aren't Margs for sell on my site, but that sounds so good right now! :)).
WHAT RIGHTS DO WE HAVE?
You have all rights to download, print, and use your photos for personal purposes. Whenever you post online, you are required to tag Shannon and the company since we don't watermark. It's just funky to me when people blast their names on images!

WHAT IS THE WHOLE PROCESS??

STEP 1: Build a dream board on Pinterest.
Pinterest has become an incredible tool to see what the world has to offer aesthetically for your wedding. Think of stacks of the worlds bridal magazines piled all over your floor in your house, and you clipping (pinning as they say) and being able to create mood boards for your wedding virtually. Even if you're not tech savvy, it is the way to go. Click here for a beginners tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=letk2hPOXzc). What if you find so many things and you don't know what you want?? Don't worry, we can help with that! The board shows us your general style, so don't worry you don't have to know everything you want, just a general idea.
Board Suggests:
Wedding Outfits (hair/dresses/makeup/tux/bridesmaids,etc)
Wedding Floral (bouquets, arbor, tables, etc)
Wedding Photo Style (moody/adventure/editorial/romantic/sweet/funny/classic, etc)
Engagement Photo Style (editorial/edgy/lifestyle/boho/mountains/ocean, etc)

STEP 2: Fill out the wedding inquiry form on the CONTACT and include your wedding board and as many details as you can. Again, don't worry if you don't have it all nailed down yet, we help with that!

STEP 3: A consult call! When we receive your contact form we will contact you to set-up an initial 30-60 min consult to review your board and go over the details of your day including make a timeline based off of the sun. This is the MOST important part of Photography & Film - LIGHT. Once we have reviewed all of your details we go over pricing that best suits your needs.

​If you've provided me with enough information in your contact form, I can get an option ready so that during our first chat, we can review numbers and specific items lines by line. I offer 1 complimentary quote revision prior to booking. If we need to chat about details before I send you a quote, we'll set up another phone call.​ In total prior to signing with us, we offer a total of 2 hours of consult calls which includes research and proposal building.

STEP 4: If we're a good fit and you'd like to move forward with reserving your date, I will send you an online invoice and a contract that can easily be e-signed. I cannot reserve your date without the retainer and signed contract.

STEP 5: After your date is reserved we get to planning on Engagement photos. Based off of your board and/or if you have a place in mind, we schedule a time to take your engagement pictures! Then we put a "check in" date on the calendar to chat on the phone to discuss your final timeline (if you also have floral we will discuss this as well) to go over any changes that have been made about 2 months before your wedding. As you are doing your wedding planning and changes arise, write those things down so that you can bring them all to my attention on our "check in" date. If you have any questions that you need answered before our scheduled "check in," don't hesitate to reach out!
NOTE: In total you will have up to 5 hours of calls, planning, revisions and timeline breakdowns with me. I am an overly involved and super dedicated photographer and company owner. This is not the norm for most photographers, in working with me, you are working with someone who truly cares about your day.

STEP 6: The remaining balance is due 1 MONTH before your wedding.

STEP 7: YOU GET MARRIED.... and we make magic :)
